All orders online are required to be confirmed via email and with a valid government ID before items are shipped out.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

We offer no refunds, however in the case a customer is requesting a refund/failing to confirm their order in a timely manner after your items have processed, you’re potentially eligible for a 50% refund. This is a case by case circumstance and is not guaranteed.

Returns and exchanges will not be permitted for mis measurements of wig size. All #rosebuds (customers) must be sure to follow our guidelines correctly, and measure their heads accordingly to get their right wig size. We hold no responsibility to measure your head nor provide equipment for it.

If at any circumstance, we make an exception to our no refund policy; a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total. This is inclusive and not limited to requesting a refund after a purchase is made or failing to verify your order with valid government I.D or lastly opening a fraudulent chargeback.

If a chargeback is opened all future orders will be considered fraudulent and will be cancelled immediately. A 15% restock fee will be deducted from all canceled/refunded orders.

In the case where a customer opens a fraudulent chargeback and we win the dispute you’re only eligible for up to a 50% refund. This is a case by case matter and you will informed what you’re eligible for.

When purchasing a wig you should have a measuring tape accessible.


We do quality checks on all hair orders, but there are times where bad seeds/ batches do get shipped out to us. If ever an issue arises, you must email our customer service email within 72 hours of receiving your order, and at our discretion we may offer up to 25% off your next purchase this does not apply to items purchased on sale (at a discounted price) nor can it be combined with any other promotions. The items must be sent back at customers expense being in the same condition as received; tags still attached, unused, uncut and unaltered meaning no combing, hair dying, washing or heat styling. Photo and video proof is required if your email is not sent within 3 business days of receiving your order your issue can not be resolved. We do not offer any exchanges or returns on cut lace or used hair extensions. If booking an appointment with hair we do not provide, the hair must be brand new. We only colour dolce rosa bundles and nothing else. Eyelash extensions that have been worn or cut will not be returned or exchanged. All fur slides are 100% real fur, once received the fur may be flattened due to packaging, please shake it to help fluff out. All sales are final exchange only for sizing. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unworn, in the same condition you bought it ,and with all original tags and packaging. Please follow the return process in the beginning of this paragraph if need be.

Our Luxury Blonde hair is professionally processed to reach this high level of blonde. Due to the nature of the hair, it is very high maintenance. Please take excellent care of the hair as it is more prone to dryness, shedding & tangling. Please refrain from excessively hot weather 24 degrees Celsius, salt water and swimming pools. HD lace is not for long term use.

Our Virgin Indian straight hair is a “natural” straight which may have a slight wave/ curl to it. When air dried you may experience this, it is normal & will get bone straight when heat styled. All virgin Indian waves/curls/coils; type 2b-4c should be treated with great care. You can not go a week without detangling, shampooing & deep conditioning. Sleeping with your hair extensions wet will result in your hair tangling which we are not liable for. Daily upkeep/ refreshers are required. HD lace is very thin and fragile and does not have a long lifespan, not recommended for everyday use, extra work is required to upkeep.
