What is the processing timeline?

Visit www.dolcerosa.io to explore our luxury hair options. If you are unsure which hair pattern is best for you, be sure to book a curl match consultation before placing your order.
Step 2: Place your order
When placing your order, the billing name, shipping name, and payment card name must all match. Orders should be billed to, shipped to, and purchased by the same person.
Step 3: Verify your identity
After your order is placed, you will receive a secure link to upload your ID for verification. This helps us confirm that the person who paid for the purchase is the same person who placed the order and is aware of the transaction.
If your ID is not verified automatically, don’t worry. Variations such as nicknames, middle names, or address differences can sometimes trigger a manual review. If that happens, a member of our team will review your submission. During this time, there is no need to check in, we will contact you with in 10 business days if we need anything else from you to verify the order.
Step 4: Welcome, Rosebud
Once your order is confirmed, you are officially a Rosebud. While you wait for your order, you can start collecting points, review our hair care tips, and stock up on your favorite products.

What curl pattern should I get?
Our hair appears different when wet, dry, or styled with/without product. To find the best match for your desired curl pattern, we recommend booking a 10-minute virtual consultation. How much hair should I get?
The amount of hair you need is different for everyone and depends on your natural hair density, the health of your hair, your lifestyle, and the final look you would like to achieve.
As a general recommendation, most Rosebuds love 200–250g of hair extensions (K-tips, i-tips, tape ins, clip ins), or 3–4 wefts (bundles).
How do I custom colour my extensions?
First, purchase the bundles on our website. Then, email customer service immediately to add custom color to your order. If you don't email, you will receive blonde hair as is.
How much is a custom colour?
Custom colour starts at $120 CAD per 100g of hair. However, the price may vary depending on the desired look. Please email customer service for an exact quote.
