1)  Your billing and shipping address should match the associated address on your credit card. Failure to do so will result in your order being canceled.

2)  Expedited shipping through Canada Post delivery carrier that require signature confirmation upon package acceptance.

3)  Shipping requires 3-10 business days for delivery after it ships, in addition to a signature upon delivery. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs our facilities. Please note that once packages are received by Canada Post, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the Canada Post, postal services.

4)  All merchandise, bold hold products and eyelash items have a 3-14 business day processing time. On hand hair processes within 3-5 business days and will be shipped out through Canada post with a tracking number and a signature required to receive your order. Custom wig, hair extensions, and lace pieces (frontal / closures) orders have a 14-21 business days processing time and will be shipped out at the end of the processing period through Canada post with a tracking number and a signature required to receive your order. We are not liable for duty and custom fees.

5)  Shipping occurs after the processing time is completed with I.D and written confirmation . Local delivery occurs after the processing time and the Thursday after that date. Local delivery will occur between 5-11pm EST.

6) We offer no refunds, however in the case a customer is requesting a refund/failing to confirm their order in a timely manner after your items have processed, you’re potentially eligible for a 50% refund. This is a case by case circumstance and is not guaranteed.

7) If at any circumstance, we make an exception to our no refund policy; a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total. This is inclusive and not limited to requesting a refund after a purchase is made or failing to verify your order with valid government I.D., or opening a fraudulent chargeback.

If a chargeback is opened all future orders will be considered fraudulent and will be cancelled immediately. A 15% restock fee will be deducted from all canceled/refunded orders.

In the case where a customer opens a fraudulent chargeback and we win the dispute you’re only eligible for up to a 50% refund. This is a case by case matter and you will informed what you’re eligible for.

8)  There is an extended processing time of 21-30 business days for all sale items. There are no refunds under any circumstances.
